Michael Jackson's doctor investigation in homicide


Michael Jackson's personal physician is the target of the homicide investigation in singer's death. A search warrant in a Houston court Thursday allowed authorities to evidence of how Dr. Conrad Murray commits homicide.

LOS ANGELES - The personal doctor tried to return a dying Michael Jackson is the target of a murder investigation in the singer's death.

A search warrant filed Thursday allowed authorities to make "the property or items constituting evidence of the offense of murder, often shows that Dr. Conrad Murray committed the said offense."

The arrest warrant was a day after agents seized items from doctors in clinics in Houston and a rented storage unit.

Murray, 51, has Jackson when he died and a central figure in the month long investigation from the beginning. The search for his hospital authorities placed him, but the command of language made it clear he was intent.

The court documents detailed articles seized by federal drug and Los Angeles police. Among these are 27 tablets of weight loss drug phentermine, a tablet of clonazepam muscle relaxant, two computer hard drives, e-mail and a controlled substance registration.

Murray the lawyer, Edward Chernoff, and upheld the search warrant was executed, and that none of the items previously confiscated by the authorities, but no comment.

Murray has been discontinued, such as Jackson's personal physician, a few weeks before he died. He was hired by Jackson to the Los Angeles mansion, where the pop star was unconscious in the morning of 25th June and tried unsuccessfully to do so.

Murray, a cardiologist, for training in California, Texas and Nevada. Records show he has no action against him, when investigators seized a substance is a notice of suspension from a Houston hospital. No information available.

The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office is not expected that an official determination of what Jackson killed at least until next week, and the investigators in this week, the review of medical records from the office other physicians in the probe.

Assistant Coroner Chief Ed Winter on Thursday he had "seven or eight doctors and Murray is the only one he would not talk.

Winter said Chernoff had offered the deal on Friday but no Coroner Murray present.

"We want to talk to lawyers, we want to talk to" Murray said Winter.

Chernoff a brief statement in response, said the winter will not hear any request for his client.

The powerful anesthetic propofol is an important part of the investigation. Cans of Jackson is in the mansion, then a person with knowledge of the investigation is not authorized to speak publicly. The drugs are not among the items seized under search warrant.
